GNG11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR190A, TMEM225, and RNU6-784P. Each is linked with GNG11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG11-to-partner and partner-to-GNG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR190A grouped by GNG11-low versus GNG11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
