Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,138 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO2B1, IFFO1, and IL21R. Each is linked with GNB4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB4-to-partner and partner-to-GNB4 results are reported.
