GNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP366, HNRNPCL3, and ATP5PBP2. Each is linked with GNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNB1-to-partner and partner-to-GNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP366 grouped by GNB1-low versus GNB1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
