GNAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMBR-AS1, RPL7AP23, and LINC02641. Each is linked with GNAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAT2-to-partner and partner-to-GNAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NMBR-AS1 grouped by GNAT2-low versus GNAT2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
