GNAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,125 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCER1, RCC1, and ANP32E. Each is linked with GNAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAS-to-partner and partner-to-GNAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCER1 grouped by GNAS-low versus GNAS-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
