Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAI2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,341 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAI2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glucose metabolic process, Import into nucleus, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with GNAI2P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAI2P2-to-partner and partner-to-GNAI2P2 results are reported.
