Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNAI2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNAI2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher GNAI2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNAI2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and UCEC are the cancer types where GNAI2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
