GNAI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L-AS1, CTLA4, and RELL2. Each is linked with GNAI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAI2-to-partner and partner-to-GNAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEZ6L-AS1 grouped by GNAI2-low versus GNAI2-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
