GNAI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC3, CFHR2, and PZP. Each is linked with GNAI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAI1-to-partner and partner-to-GNAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC3 grouped by GNAI1-low versus GNAI1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
