Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNA15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNA15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A5, MSGN1, and CFAP47. Each is linked with GNA15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA15-to-partner and partner-to-GNA15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A5 grouped by GNA15-low versus GNA15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNA15→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNA15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
