Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNA14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNA14 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher GNA14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNA14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, KICH, and BRCA are the cancer types where GNA14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
