Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNA14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNA14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNXB, XPOT, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with GNA14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA14-to-partner and partner-to-GNA14 results are reported.
