Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNA14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, EGFR, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GNA14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA14-to-partner and partner-to-GNA14 results are reported.
