Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNA14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,425 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNA14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phospholipase C-activating dopamine receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with GNA14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA14-to-partner and partner-to-GNA14 results are reported.
