Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNA14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, PROP1, and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with GNA14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNA14-to-partner and partner-to-GNA14 results are reported.
