GMPS

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-21, UBE2V2P1, and DSCR10. Each is linked with GMPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPS-to-partner and partner-to-GMPS results are reported.
