GMPR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,581 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM9SF1, TINF2, and OXA1L. Each is linked with GMPR2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPR2-to-partner and partner-to-GMPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMPR2 versus TM9SF1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
