GMPPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMPPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDH11Y, GFRA4, and SCGB1A1. Each is linked with GMPPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPPA-to-partner and partner-to-GMPPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDH11Y grouped by GMPPA-low versus GMPPA-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
