Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GMNN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GMNN data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GMNN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GMNN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where GMNN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
