Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GML RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GML-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GZMA, DEF6, and AKNA_S316. Each is linked with GML in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GML-to-partner and partner-to-GML results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GML versus GZMA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GML→partner) and Y-score (partner→GML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
