GML

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GML protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GML-associated genes across cancer lineages are SACS, SACS-AS1, and SGCG. Each is linked with GML in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GML-to-partner and partner-to-GML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GML versus SACS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GML→partner) and Y-score (partner→GML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
