GMFB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMFB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,344 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGRRF1, DHRS7, and ATG14. Each is linked with GMFB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMFB-to-partner and partner-to-GMFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
