GMEB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMEB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMEB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCBP3, SMU1, and HPF1. Each is linked with GMEB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMEB1-to-partner and partner-to-GMEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMEB1 versus NCBP3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
