GMEB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMEB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,766 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMEB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF540, SEPTIN1, and PI3. Each is linked with GMEB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMEB1-to-partner and partner-to-GMEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMEB1 versus ZNF540 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
