GMEB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMEB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMEB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPPB, RNA5SP415, and FAM96AP1. Each is linked with GMEB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMEB1-to-partner and partner-to-GMEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPPB grouped by GMEB1-low versus GMEB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
