GMEB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMEB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMEB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and VHL. Each is linked with GMEB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMEB1-to-partner and partner-to-GMEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by GMEB1-low versus GMEB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
