GMCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1P1, CDX4, and CCDC140. Each is linked with GMCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMCL1-to-partner and partner-to-GMCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P1 grouped by GMCL1-low versus GMCL1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
