Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLYR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,037 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLYR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP7, SPCS3, and STUB1. Each is linked with GLYR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLYR1-to-partner and partner-to-GLYR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLYR1 versus USP7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
