The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher GLYATL1P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GLYATL1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and HNSC are the cancer types where GLYATL1P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
