GLULP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLULP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLULP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLUL, ARHGAP6_S939, and RBM22. Each is linked with GLULP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLULP3-to-partner and partner-to-GLULP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLULP3 versus GLUL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLULP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLULP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
