Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GLULP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GLULP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher GLULP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GLULP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
KICH, READ, and UCS are the cancer types where GLULP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
