GLUD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,733 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPNPEP1, LDHA, and RNU6ATAC9P. Each is linked with GLUD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD2-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XPNPEP1 grouped by GLUD2-low versus GLUD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
