GLUD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, Smad4, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with GLUD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD2-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mre11 grouped by GLUD2-low versus GLUD2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
