Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,598 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLUD1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton transmembrane transport, NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with GLUD1P9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1P9-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1P9 results are reported.
