Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GLUD1P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GLUD1P9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GLUD1P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GLUD1P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and ESCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where GLUD1P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
