Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,150 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Each is linked with GLUD1P4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1P4-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1P4 results are reported.
