GLUD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,875 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABRAXAS2, GHITM, and TRUB1. Each is linked with GLUD1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLUD1 versus ABRAXAS2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
