GLUD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,900 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK, CRELD2, and EIF4EBP2. Each is linked with GLUD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLUD1 versus SLK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
