Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,195 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLUD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NREP, E2F7, and PSMD11. Each is linked with GLUD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLUD1 versus NREP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
