GLUD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLUD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and p21. Each is linked with GLUD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by GLUD1-low versus GLUD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLUD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLUD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
