Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLUD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,901 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ornithine metabolic process, Guanine nucleotide transport, and Guanine nucleotide transmembrane transport. Each is linked with GLUD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1 results are reported.
