Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLUD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLUD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL2, LY86, and TAFA1. Each is linked with GLUD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLUD1-to-partner and partner-to-GLUD1 results are reported.
