GLTP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLTP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,784 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESRP2, LDHD, and SLC16A1-AS1. Each is linked with GLTP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLTP-to-partner and partner-to-GLTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLTP versus ESRP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
