GLT8D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLT8D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,338 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLT8D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of entry of bacterium into host cell. Each is linked with GLT8D2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLT8D2-to-partner and partner-to-GLT8D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly grouped by GLT8D2-low versus GLT8D2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLT8D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLT8D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
