GLT1D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLT1D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLT1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ART1, NPHS2, and SPINK9. Each is linked with GLT1D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLT1D1-to-partner and partner-to-GLT1D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ART1 grouped by GLT1D1-low versus GLT1D1-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLT1D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLT1D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
