GLS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERHP2, RNU6-579P, and PINCR. Each is linked with GLS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLS2-to-partner and partner-to-GLS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERHP2 grouped by GLS2-low versus GLS2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
