GLS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,462 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO5C, INPP4A, and ARHGAP31_S346. Each is linked with GLS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLS-to-partner and partner-to-GLS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLS versus MYO5C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
