Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRX5P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,430 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLRX5P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S576, MIA2, and TSPYL1. Each is linked with GLRX5P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX5P3-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX5P3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLRX5P3 versus MTA1_S576 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
