Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLRX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,624 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX24, PAPOLA, and SETD3. Each is linked with GLRX5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX5-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX5 results are reported.
