GLRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBAK-RBAKDN, RN7SL248P, and BUB3. Each is linked with GLRX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBAK-RBAKDN grouped by GLRX-low versus GLRX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
